What will you be doing as a Sales Executive-Trading employee?
As our Sales Executive–Trading, you are the indispensable link within our team. Your meticulous approach ensures that everything runs smoothly. Whether you’re on the phone or sending emails, your fluent communication with customers and suppliers alike will form the day to day basis of a successful employee.
You are the specialist when it comes to requests for quotations for equipment and spare parts. Not only do you draw up short, convincing proposals but, you also follow them up meticulously. Under your control opportunities turn into collaborations and with a sound administrative background you will control all steps from receipt of customers enquiries to despatching of orders. Everyday brings tasks where your organizational talent and ability to provide structure come in handy.

- Customer and supplier contact in English;
- Requesting, drafting and following up on quotations;
- Order monitoring;
- Despatch of completed orders and prepping of files for invoicing.
What do we ask of you as a Sales Executive–Trading employee?
- A mature working and thinking level with a determination to succeed.
- Experience of trading equipment and spare parts in the maritime sector is an advantage.
- Command of good grammar and the confidence to speak with foreign customers and suppliers.
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
- You are customer focused, social, independent, flexible, accurate and can set priorities.
