Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the project team assigned to the city and organize and supervise work bothoutside the city and at workshops
2. Responsible in terms of Diesel engine work (overhaul, trouble shooting and repair) on the shipand outside the city (site)
3. Communicate with subordinates including directing and warning about lack of performance.
4. Make a report on the work results to the Supervisor
5. Able to lead and order his subordinates to overtime if the company needs it
6. Investigate if there is a small incident in the work area
7. Prioritizing work activities and proper supervision of spare parts, work tools and material
8. Applying and being responsible for implementing work safety techniques in work
9. Responsible for the management of workplaces and work tools used, both in workshops and in the field
Authority:
1. To reprimand his subordinates in the event of unsafe actions at work
2. Conduct HSE inspections in the work area
Qualifications:
• Education : D3/S1 Mechanical engineering
• Experience : D3/S1 min 4 years
• Skills & Knowledge:
o Diesel and Gas Engines
o Familiar MS Office
o Good English proficiency
